Forty two inch Plasma screens were installed behind the tellers to provide banking customers with messages on new and existing bank products, enhance the customer branch experience, reduce perceived wait times and increase branch productivity. The content is developed by using a series of templates and branch managers have the ability to change content quickly and easily keeping messages sensitive to each branch and the communities they serve.
